Andrea Guillen Dutton, M.Ed. has lived, worked, and served within the Chaffey College District her entire life. She and her late husband, Senator Bob Dutton, shared a deep commitment to supporting churches, hospitals, community organizations, and local colleges and universities throughout the Inland Empire.
